Exhibit Halls

The two exhibit halls at Cashman Center feature a combined total of 98,100 square feet with ground level freight entry via two 24 ft. high by 28 ft. wide hangar-style freight doors. Roll-up doors in the halls provide access to the meeting room lobby, theatre lobby, stadium field and northeast exterior. Within the exhibit halls, 65,000 square feet have a 35 ft. ceiling height, while the remaining 33,100 square feet have a 25 ft. ceiling height.

Overhead metal halide lights are individually controlled. Electricity and water are located in seven columns and at various locations on the perimeter wall. Overhead delivery of electricity is also available throughout the halls in the high bay area; 480/208-volt single and three phase power is available. Natural gas is also accessible via overhead. The exhibit halls also feature a speaker system for paging.

A moveable wall equally divides the space into Exhibit Halls A and B, each with 49,050 square feet. Each exhibit hall has a main entrance and also contain built in ticket booth and a coat room. One main concession area is conveniently located for quick access from the halls.

Meeting Rooms

Cashman Center provides 12 meeting rooms. These meeting rooms can be configured into individual rooms of 1,083 square feet for approximately 100 people to 4,452 square feet for approximately 442 people or a number of variations in between. The first floor rooms offer both 10 feet and 12 feet ceiling heights, while the ceiling heights on the second level are all at 12 feet.

All meeting rooms have capability for telephone/internet service, cable TV, microphone inputs, speakers, and remote record room patches. The meeting rooms are fully carpeted and are located contiguous to the exhibit halls.

Theatre

Cashman Theatre provides comfortable armchair seating for 1,922 persons (1,368 on the main floor and 554 in the balcony) for all types of events from Broadway shows to corporate presentations.

Also available in the theatre, there are 16 additional rooms conveniently located offstage consisting of dressing rooms, chorus rooms, wardrobe, production room, stage manager’s office, and green room. All rooms have intercom capability to the stage. There is also a ticket box office with phone line capability.

The stage encompasses 3,015 square feet of permanent stage with drapes. The theatre includes a fly tower with 40 line sets, stage and audience lighting, stereo sound system with house mixer controlled at balcony level control platform and 4 Xenon super trooper spotlights located in catwalks. To facilitate efficient load-in, direct access to the stage is available through a 23 ft. high by 20 ft. wide hangar-style ground level freight door.

Stadium

Cashman Stadium, situated on the east side of the exhibit halls and meeting rooms, is an integral component of the Cashman Center facility. It is the home of the Las Vegas 51s, the AAA affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers professional baseball team.

Cashman Stadium has a fixed seating capacity of 9,260 with seating options available to accommodate an additional 1,850 attendees. Accessible seating is located along each baseline on the top row of the concourse level. There is an accessible elevator located on the first level behind home plate. The natural-grass field encompasses 148,500 square feet. The right and left field lines are 328 feet, center field is 433 feet, and power alleys are 364 feet.

Other stadium amenities include team locker rooms, two concession areas, portable food and beverage sales areas, animated scoreboard, a media conference room and direct field access from the adjoining exhibit hall. Power access includes 480/208 volt three-phase at 200 amps at field level.

Club Level Restaurant

Situated above the Cashman Center Stadium, the Club Level Restaurant features a beautiful panoramic view of the baseball complex, scenic mountains and the surrounding area. This three-tiered, fully enclosed room offers a dance floor, cassette and CD player, AM/FM tuner, and capacity to broadcast field level sound. This area is ideal for parties, receptions, corporate meetings and can accommodate small intimate groups to lavish receptions for 500 guests.

Parking Lots

Cashman Center can accommodate over 2,500 cars in four separate paved parking lots with ample ADA parking. A parking fee of $3.00 is charged per space utilized.

Three phase power service (180/208 volt) and water are available in Parking Lot B. Single 20 amp circuit, 120 volt power is available in Parking Lot D.
